That was strange:

There is one attendant (female) at the gym this morning. Towel service is comp and they wash onsite. I'm just getting out of the shower:

Her: Hello.....I'm coming in
Me: :larry:

Two seconds later she rolls in with no damns given.

How anyone can scoff at incorporating slow-tempo training is beyond me. I've never felt my muscles work the way they do when I do slow pullups

I've been doing "eccentric isometrics" over the past few weeks.....really really digging it.

I usually weigh myself once a week (every sunday) but my coworker who's a gym head says he weighs himself everyday.

So I decided to weigh my self 2 days in a row (3 times in 2days)

When I got to the gym yesterday morning I was 205

This morning I was 209

Then after today's workout Im 206 :jbhmm:

How sway?

I usually weigh myself once a week (every sunday) but my coworker who's a gym head says he weighs himself everyday.

So I decided to weigh my self 2 days in a row (3 times in 2days)

When I got to the gym yesterday morning I was 205

Then after today's workout Im 206 :jbhmm:

How sway?
That's how the body works. Weighing your self everyday really doesnt have any benefit unless you are about to compete or it impacts you that much mentally.

Yeah I don't really care like that. I just wanted to see what it shows since he was so adamant about it.

But did I really gaun 4 lbs from eating yester and lose 3 lbs during my workout?

It's possible, so many factors like sodium, water intake, sleep quality, etc.

When I'm on "program" for dropping weight I can tell you the exact day it will start showing on the scale.

True. I drank about 10 bottles of 8oz water while at work last night. Maybe that was the weight gain and after working out I sweater it all out?
