That's how the body works. Weighing your self everyday really doesnt have any benefit unless you are about to compete or it impacts you that much mentally.I usually weigh myself once a week (every sunday) but my coworker who's a gym head says he weighs himself everyday.
So I decided to weigh my self 2 days in a row (3 times in 2days)
When I got to the gym yesterday morning I was 205
This morning I was 209
Then after today's workout Im 206
How sway?
