After working out during busy hours at a commercial gym I'll never ask why some cats ALWAYS cover up again when they're at the gym.

I been lifting for 6 years now. I swear this is the only positive outlet I have these days, and I'm only 22 but dudes from HS are already getting flabby
I can't play basketball or football like how I did in HS. These classes and the job got a brotha stressed out but getting a good workout relieves sooo much stress
