My CNS must still be taxed from me deadlifting Sunday....anything over 275 today on squats and my core and lower back went :hubie:.

My wrist game isn't up to par and I don't like the bar on my neck for front squats...will try to zercher and goblet every other leg day to give my back some ease.

I took ya'll advice on the taking my time on squat reps and sets...mid-reps I sometimes stare at my reflection and wonder if it's worth it to do legs. :mjcry:

Zercher is rough on the lower back just a warning

Shoulders tight as fukk, I can barely get the barbell behind my back to squat.

Looks like I need to incorporate more stretching into my workouts.

and quit this fakkit ass office job like DAZ would say :mjcry:

I envy people that can workout after working a 9-5

That's the ideal time for me, but most spots are packed like sardines after six:hhh:


I'm really not into any early morning lifting anymore:francis:, unless its some kind of neural charge training.
