Zercher is rough on the lower back just a warningMy CNS must still be taxed from me deadlifting Sunday....anything over 275 today on squats and my core and lower back went.
My wrist game isn't up to par and I don't like the bar on my neck for front squats...will try to zercher and goblet every other leg day to give my back some ease.
I took ya'll advice on the taking my time on squat reps and sets...mid-reps I sometimes stare at my reflection and wonder if it's worth it to do legs.![]()
