Still a bit congested but gonna go. Been a week since I've gone. Gonna stick to abs and cardio today. Something light to get the heart pumping. Need to have my breathing back normal before messing with weights.

This week was a flop :snoop: I think it's my body getting used to the addition of cardio. Anytime I add something new this happens

Haven't done legs in a month and I'm doing squats and deadlift tomorrow. Can't wait for the doms :beli:
