I'm close to wearing shades at the gym
Update:

I'm going to do this tonight if she comes through (I'll probably say it was recommended by my doctor when people ask :patrice:)...she was there Monday but didn't come through Tuesday and I didn't train yesterday. She's really attractive smfh :francis:.

Biological instinct>>>all of that intellectual stuff when it comes to this crap.

There isn't any way around it. We are in there spiking testosterone while it's all kinds of temptation in tights :manny:

Close friend's birthday is this weekend...bytch is still on getting tables and just drinking :francis: come on son. Anyway, I REALLY am not with drinking right now...but that fukking peer pressure. Might have to show up dumb late and just stay for an hour sipping on club soda :yeshrug:

Eh, I get it. The gym is kind of an isolated hobby. I get why people want to work out with like-minded people who can help them stay motivated.

I can't do a gym buddy because I go at different times of the day and go to two different gyms.

I'm kinda scared of y'all in here, but there's no other place to ask this.
Am I supposed to feel crippling pain while using the abdominal machine?

yeah.
that was maybe my first real intense workout.
I'm trying to focus on slimming my stomach and defining my waist as a first goal. I'll be honest, I'm just going on a whim here...still waiting on my free consultation to know what machines and exercises to use for those areas.

Been going to the gym since January, but until a week ago I was going twice a week on average. Pushing to go more now that I have car access and switched to a gym 10 minutes from home

Save your time on the ab machines. Its not going to be benefical at this point compared to other exercises that can help overall.

Ab machines won't slim your stomache. Only thing that'll do that is losing body fat. No such thing as spot reduction. Easiest way to lose fat is with weights. Do some light squats or deadlifts getting help on your form from someone. Fat comes off fast with those two excercises
