Save your time on the ab machines. Its not going to be benefical at this point compared to other exercises that can help overall.yeah.

I'm trying to focus on slimming my stomach and defining my waist as a first goal. I'll be honest, I'm just going on a whim here...still waiting on my free consultation to know what machines and exercises to use for those areas.
Been going to the gym since January, but until a week ago I was going twice a week on average. Pushing to go more now that I have car access and switched to a gym 10 minutes from home
Ab machines won't slim your stomache. Only thing that'll do that is losing body fat. No such thing as spot reduction. Easiest way to lose fat is with weights. Do some light squats or deadlifts getting help on your form from someone. Fat comes off fast with those two excercisesyeah.
