Switched to a full body routine 4x a week with cardio including 1-2 days of HIIT cardio and some 30 min cardio when I dont feel like doing HIIT.
I should be round 200lbs by may but, im losig body fat but keep the same weight at about 210

.
Sidenote: I need a belt.

. im doing light deadlifts and squats. Been holding out for 3 yrs lol. Cuz I hated seeing cats looking like superman with guts. Need a knee sleeve too. Gotta start protecting my self from overtraining.
