was at work filming some stuff today, chick behind me keeps giggling. i turn around and ask her what shes giggling at. she says "nothing" so i turn back around and continue filming, she keeps giggling some more, I said girl tell me what you're laughing at, she says "you're just so buff and beefy"

Hills/stairs/sprints frustrate the hell outta me. They're porbably one of the easiest routines to measure progress yet I feel like I can't make progress here fast enough. I know I've gotten better on hills, then when I do stairs i feel like I took 10 steps back...god damn I'm just trying to get to 6 straight, no walking :snoop: :why:
