Daily weight fluctuates on a number of factors, it’s not an across the board indicator of much if the general plan is being adhered too.I think for brehs (and brehettes) looking to drop weight it's a good idea to weigh yourself everyday instead of every week or every other week.
Wake up, hit the scale and log it, but only pay attention to the weekly average.
