I eat 3k a day most days breh rarely go below 2.5k
Yeah you gonna have to eat higher for a bit and then go back..
Nah I’m still looking to drop lbs so still cutting if you will.
Why do some people dog upper-lower splits when it come to bodybuilding (not strength) routines? I think that it’s great because it narrows the focus just enough to get in and out of the gym quickly while still hitting the essentials with enough volume
kind of the same reason people knock full body or push pull leg routines....People just choose to champion the programs they like.
