:russ: It definitely wasn't going back up on the bar, or falling back towards my neck :merchant:, so I had to push it towards my legs so I can set it on the bench. This what I get for not using a spotter. My common sense was like :ufdup:.
that's why when I go heavy by myself i use Smith machine:manny: judge me all you want

Was bout to send my legs and donate them to a Lt. Dan ass muafukka but they came thru today and showed me how much they wanna be part of the team.
Even hit a PR on the squat :leon:

Just work with what you can. Push your limits but know them.
Slow and steady wins the race.

I can't wait for the weather to break so I can hit these bike trails...running and riding.

I tried to do my first 3.5 mile trail run today since running a half marathon a month ago. I got tired after just 1 mile and turned around and went back. It's muddy out there :manny:

Outside running is by far the most gratifying for of exercise for me.

It's also an exercise I can't tolerate much distraction, such as that.

light/decent chest workout but I did hit 350 1 time on bench:win:
today ran 1 mile ,3 5 min rounds shadow boxing, then various push ups and core workouts all with 50 lb weight vest feeling good this morning:ehh:

How much you weigh?

Im down about 12 lbs and beginging of the year was hitting 315 on incline for like 3 reps now im getting it 1-2x lol it may be i was tired when i list tried since I do IF and workout after work
