i was in kickboxing this weekend thinking to myself if step aerobic classes are still taught, go to look at the class schedule of another location today and sure enough there's still a step class there...who the fukk is still doing step aerobics? :what:

although i guess kickboxing is :flabbynsick: too :francis:
man there needs to be some new vegetables discovered. tired of eating damn broccoli and spinach:yeayea:
then eat different vegetables :dwillhuh:

I aint bout to be out here fixing no big batch of greens, i dont like most greenbeans, cabbage cool :ehh: other than that aint much else

Why not make greens? Cook a big ass pot on the weekend and you have vegetables all week. Green beans are also good, the hell you mean you don't like them!? Zucchini, asparagus, cauliflower, kale, chard, roasted brussel sprouts - hella different types of lettuce. Those are all easy go-to's


Simple roasted green beans and carrots...

When I do cardio monday evenings I have no appetite for dinner. shyt’s all bad cuz the I workout in the AM and die. Hate forcing myself to eat. Takes like 40 minutes to eat dinner.

Really wonder if I can come up with a heavy shake recipe to sub Monday dinner yet give me the nutrients I need for Tuesday morning
