Wondering if I should change my arm routine in a few weeks, or keep it but challenge myself with more weight? :jbhmm:


Edit: gonna stick with it. I’m only at 12 reps using 20’s, gotta get that up to 15 then I’ll add more weight

SAN ANTONIO SPURS NY DIVISION
I did (well do, just haven’t been able to because of the weather and it getting dark before I can make it to the lake) but I walk our lake which is 3.1-3.4 miles depending on the route you take, usually finish in 46-48 minutes. Loved it, doesn’t feel like a workout, you’re out in the sun/fresh air, can people watch, and by the end I’ve usually burned a good 450 calories. Can’t wait until daylight savings kicks in so I can add this back. I’m hella over cardio inside the gym

That treadmill shyt is so boring...:pachaha:
