Anybody else Uncomfortable doing warm-up back squat sets at 135. Its feeling like the weight doesn’t put enough pressure on me to stay in form and my mechanics get all off :francis:

I warm up with the bar and that's how I feel. The weight isn't enough for me to keep it mid foot if that makes sense.

3 people at my gym completed 9 rounds + the 19 wall balls today, 2 of them additional cals on rower on top of that :francis: . That shyt ain’t even fair. That’s why I laughed in that thread about where you rank at your gym. The guys I train with every day are fukking machines. I’m just a middle aged father of 3, damn near 40, trying not to die early.

That's how I feel with just the bar. I have to be extra careful with the squat commands to get proper form and depth.

135 is the minimum I feel 'comfortable' with.

My power twister came today, I had an workout with it this morning and loved it :ohlawd: I feel the burn in my arms and shoulders :wow:


I ran a little over a half mile at 6.0 MPH on the treadmill on Friday, I'm happy about that as I'm progressing towards my goal of running a mile in 10 minutes.

do high speed intervals you'll see the difference
