I warm up with the bar and that's how I feel. The weight isn't enough for me to keep it mid foot if that makes sense.Anybody else Uncomfortable doing warm-up back squat sets at 135. Its feeling like the weight doesn’t put enough pressure on me to stay in form and my mechanics get all off![]()
