I just noticed after my pulls today that only my pinky, ring, and middle fingers are calloused at my palm. No index. This is always the case. Is my grip wrong? :dame:

Always superset my upper workout, step ups between each superset. Heart rate stays anywhere from 80-96, 1 hour workout and I burned 550 calories, don't know how people argue you can’t weight train in a way that’s also cardio.

Any of y'all just walk on your rest day? Clear your mind and take things easy.
I did (well do, just haven’t been able to because of the weather and it getting dark before I can make it to the lake) but I walk our lake which is 3.1-3.4 miles depending on the route you take, usually finish in 46-48 minutes. Loved it, doesn’t feel like a workout, you’re out in the sun/fresh air, can people watch, and by the end I’ve usually burned a good 450 calories. Can’t wait until daylight savings kicks in so I can add this back. I’m hella over cardio inside the gym
