yesterday was leg day,today is body weight training with the 50lb vest shadow boxing cardio
Naw I think that’s normal...that’s where all my callouses are tooI just noticed after my pulls today that only my pinky, ring, and middle fingers are calloused at my palm. No index. This is always the case. Is my grip wrong?![]()
I did (well do, just haven’t been able to because of the weather and it getting dark before I can make it to the lake) but I walk our lake which is 3.1-3.4 miles depending on the route you take, usually finish in 46-48 minutes. Loved it, doesn’t feel like a workout, you’re out in the sun/fresh air, can people watch, and by the end I’ve usually burned a good 450 calories. Can’t wait until daylight savings kicks in so I can add this back. I’m hella over cardio inside the gymAny of y'all just walk on your rest day? Clear your mind and take things easy.
