Concerning my diet, man I've been sleeping on Salmon

. I went to the grocery store and copped like 1.5 lbs for $15
Have that cut up into four 6 oz slices and your good. Low calories, good protein and very filling. For dinner I'll sprinkle the salmon with some Caribbean lemon fish seasoning and mix broccoli with Italian seasoning and black pepper. Salmon in for the oven for 20 mins, broccoli in for 10. Solid dinner right there.
Lowkey I've been sleeping on fish as it concerns protein. Lent has re-hipped me to fish and variety on offer.
