Ate hella food yesterday - a breakfast burrito only the most fatass of fatass people would appreciate, went to lunch with coworkers at a Japanese spot, had a taco chips and guac and 3 cookies for dinner. Man...any other day that type of eating would make me sad, but after not eating for the week, it was needed.
That’s said, killed my leg workout today, all them carbs paid off. Had hella energy in kickboxing too. Past 3 weeks my workouts been garbage, forgot how much better they are when properly fueled
