myself again with the circuit routine from last week, can’t believe I had the nerve to make that shyt four rounds Guess I have something to work up to



3 rounds, 52 mins (including warmup), 690 calories (probably really somewhere around 550, pre workout likely caused higher reading)

I think this dude got his chick stole by a PT.
Him and his girl used to workout together every single time. Making out and all that extra shyt on the gym floor.
Now the past 3-4 times ive seen her she working out with the PT and is awfully cozy with him and i havent seen her (ex) man since.
Its a cold game outchea
