How do you all test your strength I been training for a month and the most I’ve squat is 125 how y’all know when to move up I’m a skinny nikka so don’t kill me

Just go for it bruh. If you can hit 125 easily, add 10s to each side, see how that feels by hitting a few you dont have to hit em until youre tired 1-5 will do, then add 10s again, and keep going doing the same thing over.
Now you can ask for a spotter so you got some help in case you attempt a weight you cant get or you can live on the edge and go no spotter.
The choice is yours :mjlit:

Just know when to say this is my limit. Amd make sure to take a good amount of rest between attempts. Going too fast when your muscles arent used to it can make em tire sooner and you wont be able to test your true strength potential.

It's a lie breh. The scale lying to you. You can't gain a real pound in a day unless you sleep at a buffet. I doubt you ate at least 4000 calories in a day.
That’s the inherent fallacy of weighing yourself multiple times a week. Pick one day, one time and the same conditions. Best way to evaluate unless it’s context prep.

I know it's been said already in here but I really don't understand why people pass up treadmills that have nobody near them to get on a treadmill next to you....and it's never an attractive woman that does it, always a man or a woman I'm not attracted to :camby:

did something to my piriformis squatting, don't think its a disc because I have full ROM in my lower back but this sciatic pain is excruciating
