Amazingly stupid shyt today:
  • I got to boutique gym.
  • Weight room is on point but there isn’t a ton of space like you would see at a big box. Point being that the courteous thing to do is pay attention because people might have to walk around you to get where they need to go.
This morning some 6’4 dude is half as training and then aimlessly throwing punches with dumbbells.

Get the hell on man

I know this African cat like that. Bruh is 167 strong as an Ox and ripped. I ain't believe him bc he looks much bigger untill bruh hopped on the scale. shyt had me lowkey hating :wow:

Muthafukka making us all look bad. I want to try to curl a 70 lbs dumbell tho, I can do 60 like 7-8 reps.

ehh, i weigh daily in the am before the gym. my weight fluctuates too easily, so doing weekly weigh-ins, i could be "falsely" up/down for various reasons and not have a true grasp of what my weight is doing. when my nutrition is on point, i generally see a daily downward trend, fukking around with weekly weigh-ins would have me waste half a month with a nutrition plan that aint working because i'd need a second week number to give verify what the week 1 number was. weighing everyday became more helpful for me, it also motivates me to stay on track...but yea, for some, i could see how it would create neuroses
Yeah i weight myself daily and at the end of the week, record my average weight for the week. I don’t get bother by the fluctuations because I know I’m working hard and in the Right direction. As long as the weekly average is trending downward, im Gucci

Trying to decide how to increase weight on my leg press. Currently doing 6 45lb plates, 3x12 wide, 3x10 narrow. Wanna increase load so I’m maxing at 3x10 wide and 3x8 narrow. It’s either add 20 more pounds or 40, ain’t nobody trying to load more than 3 plates per side :beli:
