ehh, i weigh daily in the am before the gym. my weight fluctuates too easily, so doing weekly weigh-ins, i could be "falsely" up/down for various reasons and not have a true grasp of what my weight is doing. when my nutrition is on point, i generally see a daily downward trend, fukking around with weekly weigh-ins would have me waste half a month with a nutrition plan that aint working because i'd need a second week number to give verify what the week 1 number was. weighing everyday became more helpful for me, it also motivates me to stay on track...but yea, for some, i could see how it would create neuroses
