Was working before from 12:30 to 9 and would hit up the gym after. So now I go in from 8-4:30 and go after work then. Went yesterday and wasn't that bad. It's like 5 minutes from the job so I can get there quick and change and get started before the rush comes in around 5:30 and onward. Lot of old people at that gym also so they not really hitting up the squat racks like that. But still gotta adjust my entire schedule now and do quick and effective workouts so I can get out before the rush comes in.Been feeling this song during workouts
