Got a bad case of ankle mobility issues and I was researching it today just cuz I was doing squats last night and can never get past parallel or barely even to that point. Found out theres a test where you stand in front of a wall with your foot like 4 inches away and touch your knee to the wall. If your heel lifts up then you have mobility issues. Could be bone spurs or maybe stiff joints, who knows. Could be what caused me to have lots of pain when walking but ever since i got better shoes and been taking prescribed vitamin d, haven't really experienced it.

Also had to change up my whole gym schedule now cuz of work. :snoop: Was working before from 12:30 to 9 and would hit up the gym after. So now I go in from 8-4:30 and go after work then. Went yesterday and wasn't that bad. It's like 5 minutes from the job so I can get there quick and change and get started before the rush comes in around 5:30 and onward. Lot of old people at that gym also so they not really hitting up the squat racks like that. But still gotta adjust my entire schedule now and do quick and effective workouts so I can get out before the rush comes in.

last day of my 5 days off...ate too damned good..carbed up something crazy...and at my age i need to stop doing lol..today is my birthday so ill indulge once more then we back on the gym life and fasting tomorrow
