I been enjoying going out jogging with my boy but he be too much sometimes. I know he tryna help and all but I only been out there a few times so I'm not gonna be as consistent plus I'm not built for running. Never have been. Even in preschool/nursery school or even elementary when we would have races I would always come in last practically. Couldn't even clear a hurdle or barely if ever. Not that I was fat or nothing but I was never built for running. Maybe cuz of my asthma and now even worse cuz of the calf pain I get. Maybe it'll improve over time but not every day gonna be better and he seems to think that. Mind you this guy weighs like lets say 20 pounds less than me and looks worse. His love handles extend out more and I'm pretty sure he can grip more on them than I can on mine. Plus his chest is just straight and doesn't have much definition. Like mine has a gap in the middle cuz the muscles seperate but his looks flat cuz theres no tone. Same with the arms. But of course he got smaller calves and quads and I guess that's what makes it easier for him plus he been doing it for longer. So I can jog maybe for like 60 yards but then have to walk for another 40 and then go again after I catch my breath. So it'll improve over time and I did go jogging today on a full stomach which I gotta do it on an empty one even tho he claims that 40 minutes should be enough for the food to be digested. I'm gonna just keep running at my own pace and let him talk cuz I'm combining the weights and the cardio and I'm gonna get much better results even if I don't lose weight, since I just wanna lose fat.

can't weight until i buy my house. im'a put some privacy up in the backyard. every morning im gonna wake up and go out there and do 100 pull-ups butt naked wearing nothing but mechanix gloves. i already do that inside but i wanna do it outside. i wanna feel the breeze on my BALLS :mjlit:

I'm on my 4th day of loading 20 grams, and idk if it's becuz I ate like shyt yesterday or this creatine load, but I woke up with a bloated painful gassy stomach, been In bed all day like :dead:

I've supplemented creatine b4 awhile back but never did a loading phase, I'm hoping it was the shyt food and beer, I'll know tomorrow morning:aicmon:

I never fukked with the loading phase. Thought of it as the company making the consumer use more, so you can run out faster to re-up.

Stick to the 5g per day.

I drink 5g per day and occasionally have my IPA and tacos but keep in mind, every body is different.

Same, I never bother with a loading phase. Just 5g a day added to my post-workout shake.

Mayne lemme tell yall the dumb shyt i did the other day and almost fukked myself up.

I was in the squat rack and i was taking some steps forward and hitting the bar against my chest to measure it out/pump myself up.
Well after doing it bout 3 times i went to do it a 4th and somehow missed my chest and chopped myself in the neck with the bar and almost broke my adams apple. Couldnt breath for like 20 seconds :deadrose:

...im scared I might snap...and eat a whole deep dish pizza...im so fukin hungry :to:

Ive been watching videos of people eating on YT and looking up calorie info of fast food restaurants....
...I was on my bike last week looking at people eating Ice Cream at like 2pm on a Wednesday...I couldnt wrap my head around someone being so relaxed about eating that they can go get a gyro and ice cream and not even think about it....
...kind of jealous.

How do you brehs with jobs where you have to travel often get your workouts in?

Like consulting gigs were you're on the road M-Th and living out of hotel rooms?
