I been enjoying going out jogging with my boy but he be too much sometimes. I know he tryna help and all but I only been out there a few times so I'm not gonna be as consistent plus I'm not built for running. Never have been. Even in preschool/nursery school or even elementary when we would have races I would always come in last practically. Couldn't even clear a hurdle or barely if ever. Not that I was fat or nothing but I was never built for running. Maybe cuz of my asthma and now even worse cuz of the calf pain I get. Maybe it'll improve over time but not every day gonna be better and he seems to think that. Mind you this guy weighs like lets say 20 pounds less than me and looks worse. His love handles extend out more and I'm pretty sure he can grip more on them than I can on mine. Plus his chest is just straight and doesn't have much definition. Like mine has a gap in the middle cuz the muscles seperate but his looks flat cuz theres no tone. Same with the arms. But of course he got smaller calves and quads and I guess that's what makes it easier for him plus he been doing it for longer. So I can jog maybe for like 60 yards but then have to walk for another 40 and then go again after I catch my breath. So it'll improve over time and I did go jogging today on a full stomach which I gotta do it on an empty one even tho he claims that 40 minutes should be enough for the food to be digested. I'm gonna just keep running at my own pace and let him talk cuz I'm combining the weights and the cardio and I'm gonna get much better results even if I don't lose weight, since I just wanna lose fat.
