My co worker.swears by it. I guess they could work in hindsight. Although they just feel annoying to me, and after a while i go back to normal sized bars. Used them to dumbbell clen and press, and sometimes deadlift.My gym added a bunch of Fat Gripz
Anybody used them before?
and I know it's not muscle, cuz I've clearly lost some definition...



This is def gonna affect my lifts until it heals
