My gym added a bunch of Fat Gripz

Anybody used them before?
My co worker.swears by it. I guess they could work in hindsight. Although they just feel annoying to me, and after a while i go back to normal sized bars. Used them to dumbbell clen and press, and sometimes deadlift.

Nah breh, I actually feel lighter, and it's quite visible I've lost some mass. I'm a skinny breh, so few weeks of not eating enough makes me look off.
Had to check on two different scales to make sure I was seeing it well

Can't believe I actually used to do cardio before lifting. Looking back, I don't know how I did it. Thanks to the brehs on here that actually woke me up from that dumb shyt.

Heavy squats after cardio will make your body alert you like :whoa:
But nikkas I train with, they just don't care. African brehs usually move around thinking "if it hurts, its working " :heh:

I'm starting to feel a flare up of tendinitis in my left bicep. Might be time to lay off the weights until after new years. Give my body sometime to get over that. Next week back to my old cardio circuit training routine

Currently on a break from the gym, was starting to feel brunt out and gassed... had two crappy gym sessions back to back so I decided to take a break, probably will go back on Wednesday (I haven't been to the gym since this past Tuesday). Hopefully I'll feel refreshed when I go back..

Threw a bad left hook at the heavy bag and now my wrist feels like :to: This is def gonna affect my lifts until it heals

Nah man. Once these knee sleeves come in am back to running strictly. I’ll incorporate weights after I cut like 20-25. Running is very straight forward.

I’ve put on a bit of muscle and my range of motion is so limited. Probably why I pulled my groin on Saturday.

I’ll hit up road runner this weekend to grab a new pair of running shoes.

Kinda hate sharing a bench with people at this class. Trying to find where I should be benching at for low reps (always used to do 10-12 with dumbbells) but gotta keeps switching plates in and out to accommodate people who are weaker.

Btw I still prefer dumbbell >>> barbell for this. Better for addressing my strength imbalances

Online coach got me doing 60 minutes level 15 on step machine burning 975 calories in that time frame. Its painful it really tests your limits mentally moreso than anything else.

I'm getting cut up so fast, the depletion is definitely the least fun part about it, but the core has never been tighter, the last time i was this tight core-wise was when i was 21-22 :heh: , I'm 39 and feeling younger than ever :wow:
