Its happening again on my lower body day, alot of tightness in my lower back after I'm done with heavy squat sets and into my 3rd set of dead

Anyone know of a specific remedy for lower back tightening?

Ummmm don't do heavy squats and deads (conventional anyway) in one session.......................

You could probable do some more direct lower back work to strengthen the muscles there. Or it's a sign that your doing too much weight with squats and deads and should back off the weight until you can handle it.

Advice for all the people in here: If you got lower back pain or knee pain start training your glute medius/hip abductors & stretching hip flexors

Yup, could be that as well, I have tight hips so I do a lot of dynamic warmup stuff for my hips if I do any squatting. Especially if you have issues getting depth.
