No its like the skin hardened and molded to where the bar rest during my low bar squats
Im also not at my leanest so it could just be that it will go away as my BF goes down
I just recently switched to low bar, I've always done high bar, and now I see wen I wear my fitted t shirts that I have the slight hump I'm talking bout, I'm hoping the low bar and going lower in BF will make it go awayIf you're squatting low bar, the bar should not be touching your neck, it should be on the back of your traps/rear delts. If your bars have aggressive knurling, the knurling is basically like sandpaper scraping against your skin.
Used to kinda have the same issue (not a lump but a smooth patch) when I squatted high bar. Moved to low bar and the patch went away.
After Christmas is going to be my true test.

When getting back on your square with dieting, do you all just cold turkey shift to meal prepping and a specific caloric goal?
I usually start off good then fall off like hell. I also have to keep myself occupied otherwise I start thinking of things that would be good to eat lmfao

I do low bar squats...so I have rough skin on my shoulders.Anyone else develope that hard hump on the back of ur neck from months of heavy squats?
Or is it just me and it's something else?![]()
