I dont get French Montana physique. Dude have abs but no other part of his body is defined. His pectorals are nonexistent. How did he achieve his physique?

Work this past week has been hectic. Can't wait to hit the gym today and shed some of this water weight. I didn't quite tighten up as I would have liked before my vacation. Slipped up heavy the latter part of the year :francis:

Vacation will actually give me a boost to my fitness. I eat less processed and more wholesome foods when I'm back home. A good three weeks away from the corporate 9-5 will be good as well. More day to day activity just going from point A to point B. Gonna be getting a lot of sun as well :blessed:

When I return I'll be ready to go full time, especially with boxing and cycling.

Preparation for my SA vacation gonna be different though :wow:

this is the last gym week of the year...today get this round of cardio in..tomorrow is my company holiday party so no gym but ill get my resistance bands workout in at home in the morning after i wake up...thursday calisthenics..then 2 weeks for extra healing and recovery

It's basically 10 sets of ten reps on compound lifts, 3x a week with accessories. Weight should be one you can do for 20 reps or 60% 1rm. 90 seconds rest on 10x10 and 60 seconds on accessories


But I'm a savage who enjoys the pain, so this is my routine :mjlit:

Monday - chest and triceps
flat Bench press 10x10, incline dumbbell bench press 8reps 4 sets,
incline dumbbell flys 8x4,
chest dips 10x3
Skull crushers increasing weight to your max,
3 sets of each weight (20 for your lightest and 12 when you reach your heaviest), tricep cable pushdowns 10x10

Tuesday back and biceps
Barbell row 10x10, lat pull downs 10x10, dumbell rows 8x4, then I train my biceps till it hurts, it's my weak point



wednesday- legs and shoulders
Back squats 10x10, ohp 10x10, upright rows 15x4, lateral raises 15x4

Friday- 10x10 of all compound lifts and some bicep and tricep work :shaq:
