Just saw a guy with two prosthetic legs at my gym and not only does it make you appreciate what you have but goes to show that no matter what, there is no excuses for anyone that is healthy enough to work out and doesn't. Even if it takes a long time to reach your goals, something is being accomplished every time. Some days are good workouts, some days may be bad workouts. But putting in the effort counts a long way towards the end result. And not just for body but health and mind aspects as well. No excuses for the ones who can but won't.
