Had a good solid routine going October through mid December then fell off. Was starting to see results

Went from 237 to 217 in that period, scared to weigh myself cuz I been smashing out a lot and not hitting the gym like I need to

225 now. Need to get down to 205-210 and hang on to as much of this strength I developed this year as possible. It’s all in my diet. Once I get that back on track my workouts are consistent enough for everything to fall in place. Controlling portions and booze.
