Yeah I don't like leg press. It seems like everyone can load it up with a bunch of plates and fool themselves into thinking they're strong. It's a purely ego lift for me![]()
I did the leg press today and gotta nice workout. Are yall ( @Serious ) saying its pointless? I went almost knee to chest, and felt a decent burn
