My gym is the opposite. Those ppl tend to show up really early or really late (or not at all :russ:). Majority of people in the afternoon are regulars.
I live in the fattest state in the world. Nothing but a bunch of fat ppl trying to give health advice while complimenting me on my physique while trying to give pointers. The worse ones are Mexicans and I'm not even trying to be racist.

I've been having my last meal around 5-6pm (sometimes earlier) and then I don't eat until 11-12 the next day. I've been doing this for about a month, hitting my cardio/running/playing sports too. Not for nothing but this has made my stomach flatter, shyt I might get my 6 pack back :flabbynsick:

I guess it's a form of intermittent fasting, I had bad habits of coming home to another big meal, and then eat small snacks and other bullshyt for the rest of the night. I cut it all off and been having results.

Why do coffee drinks have so many calories? I'm fine with black coffee or americanos, but some days i want to have a mocha frappe, or cinnamon latte, or salted caramel macchiato...but damn, those drinks are usually 300 - 500 cals, even a soy latte is like 200 :huhldup: can't waste that many calories on a simple morning drink

Did a ride this morning and just finished another. Buying a spin bike for the house was a great move, and with the mild winter we’re having, I’m still able to go walk the lake a couple times a week. This low impact cardio routine I got going right now is making me happy :noah:

i use the pelton app, but bought a keiser bike. i'm not a fan of built in tech like that. the table is just something to go wrong/have to replace every few years vs just using my ipad or the tv (the app works on the firestick)

Jsut started taking a probiotics because it suppose to make protein absorption that much more efficient. Not sure if it’ll make a different.
you should look into a digestive enzyme supplement, i take them and have felt a big difference in my digestive track (as well as bloat). the ones i take, source naturals, have different enzymes that target digestion of different macros: carbs, fats, protein, and dairy

i fukk with probiotics from time to time too, but good probiotics cost too much for daily use, i usually use them when i know something may have thrown off good bacteria/gut flora - like after being sick.

yep. i usually just take one a day, maybe an extra one before a big/heavy meal, but some people use them before every meal (but you gotta have a fukked up system to need them that often lol)
