and you were always crazy for those...its possible..shyt ive had 3 hour cardio circuit workouts
and even before that it would be running 3 miles, then workout whatever body part or parts for the day, THEN go box....3 hours would fly by
god willing ill get back to doing that if more time elsewhere frees up
i'm clearly not trying to push 300-400 lb squats and deads or whatever the hell yall doing to spending 2-3 hours just working legs. 2 hours is my max an that's doing cardio & lifting together or two cardio sessions... 2-3 hour sessions just lifting seems excessive for everyday people (i could see athletes/powerlifters/body builders doing this, but your average 9-5er...nah)
..pure ego..and the hardcore gym environment i worked out at in demanded nothing less
I knocked out a mile in 6 min and my upper arms were on fire!! They’re still sore 30 min later
I love this fit & active program I hit up both la fitness and planet fitness today
