its possible..shyt ive had 3 hour cardio circuit workouts

and even before that it would be running 3 miles, then workout whatever body part or parts for the day, THEN go box....3 hours would fly by

god willing ill get back to doing that if more time elsewhere frees up
and you were always crazy for those...

i'm clearly not trying to push 300-400 lb squats and deads or whatever the hell yall doing to spending 2-3 hours just working legs. 2 hours is my max an that's doing cardio & lifting together or two cardio sessions... 2-3 hour sessions just lifting seems excessive for everyday people (i could see athletes/powerlifters/body builders doing this, but your average 9-5er...nah)

I don’t know wtf that arm crank machine is called... but I only see it at planet fitness.:blessed: I knocked out a mile in 6 min and my upper arms were on fire!! They’re still sore 30 min later :mjcry: I love this fit & active program I hit up both la fitness and planet fitness today :banderas::banderas::banderas:

Videos like this just show how dope that garage gym atmosphere can be, just lifting with a couple likeminded people and not having to worry about some soft ass wannabe gym police trying to tell you "please dont make a sound when you lift heavy I cant concentrate on falling asleep on the curl machine or doing useless abduction machines for an hour" :to:

we got one here where all the IFBB pro dudes workout

the equipment is :wow:

but its fukking far out from where i live and work not worth the trouble. if i lived closer i'd definitely workout there.

Would be dope as hell to workout in such a gym, but unfortunately for me the main point is 24/7 access and short distance so I cant do it either :to:

I'm sure most of us here are humble about what we do in the gym, and the results we see. It's a lifestyle.

However, there's always some hatin' ass people who wanna create this idea that we think we are "the shyt/all that", showing off, trying to impress women, yadda, yadda, yadda....:comeon:

I definitely be stuntin on folk in the gym. Might go heavy heavy on a lift I wasn't eem sposed to do that day just to rustle feathers.

Did a ride this morning and just finished another. Buying a spin bike for the house was a great move, and with the mild winter we’re having, I’m still able to go walk the lake a couple times a week. This low impact cardio routine I got going right now is making me happy :noah:

High protein diet counters body fat%. I sound ignorant to y’all maybe but I was jsut surprise how effective it was. My job provide biometric. Changed my macros to 60% and split the other two. In January body fat percentage went down almost 2 percentage(15% to 13.2%). Supposed to been bulking now, though.


Jsut started taking a probiotics because it suppose to make protein absorption that much more efficient. Not sure if it’ll make a different.

As long as you consume high amount of lean proteins, it’s hard to get (flabby) fat. I got to stop hooping.

Shoulder day today. Morning workouts >> afternoon workouts.

I hate when lazy fat fit ppl be hogging the machines messing up my super sets.

My gym is the opposite. Those ppl tend to show up really early or really late (or not at all :russ:). Majority of people in the afternoon are regulars.
