Generally speaking, better focus, endurance and recovery during the session between exercises/sets. For me personally, it's just a bit extra to help get into the zone and push my sets, considering I'm now doing a calorie deficit and can't depend on carbs for energy as much as before.
It's not a magic elixir or anything, and won't really help if all other aspects of your fitness routine is bunk (sleep, diet, programming).
Allows me to wake up before the ass-crack of dawn with 3 hours or less sleep and still beast in the gym.![]()

Actually for life in general because ain’t nothing productive happening before large amounts of caffeine hit my system.
I've never tried it but I was curious about what it does for folks.The good ones can have you moving at crackhead speed...
