Exactly why I take preworkout. A good pre has you ready to jump out your skin if you don't go work it off.

I keep telling myself I'll get on that pre-workout wave but I don't want to get dependent on it. I'd like to go all natural. Same reason I don't do the whey protein.

I may try it out for a season and see the results.

What’s not “natural” about pre-workout or whey?

Never understood that logic

Different ones have different ingredients. That's those back room preworkouts though
True but even then I don’t understand the stance of it’s not “natural” relative to those things. I’m not saying that so much at OP. I just struggle to understand what that bar is and while it’s applied to training sometimes

I think he's just saying "natural" to mean not dependent on supplements, which i can see with the preworkout (not depending on it to get motivated or have the energy in the gym), have no clue about whey though.:hubie:

Indeed and overall (again not going at the OP) I wonder why that would matter to the end result.

Lately I've been doing one month on, one month off. That way I feel you get the most out of it.

Multigrain toast with natural PB and a banana is all you need for preworkout or some chicken and brown rice.
