What’s not “natural” about pre-workout or whey?

Never understood that logic

Big thing for me is no supplements. I like to get my nutrition from food. Outside of a one-a-day multivitamin, I try to stay away from supplements.

Also whey give me the bubble guts. Pre-workout is a no-brainer as far as it being natural.

Saw the label. 1 serving is 2 scoops and the ingredients look off.

A slice of toast and peanut butter is cool for me. Even a full meal. Caffeine and whey my body doesn’t like.

try vegan protein
Whey gave me the BGs and vegan protein solved that

Also I don’t really count preworkout as a supp.

yall try isolates instead of concentrates or casein (or blends)? i'm sensitive to lactose, but i use biochem, it's 99% lactose free, i never have stomach issues with it. but there are of course plenty of plant based protein powders if you don't want to risk it

Haven't messed with whey since 2001. I get everything from regular food.

Welp, I've completely stalled on overhead press.:francis: Was bound to happen on this calorie deficit. :ehh: I think I've finally found the right angle on lateral raises though:wow: Gonna be weird trying to replicate that on cables but we'll see. Man I thought I'll be taking it easy doing abs instead of tabata last night but this app had me feeling:hamster:

Feel like I should do some light cardio tonight cause we got the hibachi food truck at work today:mjcry:
