I'm naturally skinny but have a good frame -- I know if I can pack 10-15lbs I'll be straight. Basically fill out a Large T-shirt

@bold - I ordered Pizza Hut everyday from September to December 2016. September weight 77KG - December weight 75KG :wow:

Same. I actually lost 15 pounds my freshman year. Ate burgers, plates of fries, fried chicken sandwiches, french toast, pancakes, and pizza like every day.
Got home that summer and I was 6'1", 140. :merchant:


yessir...i find the best ppl in the gym are the ones who still put in the work on their worst days..

that shyt adds up..

i can't believe i forgot both my running sneaks and my cross trainers...there is a shoe store 15 mins from my office...im going to have to make that walk there to get some running sneaks..cardio is a must today

That's dedication.
I keep a gang of shoes in my trunk for this very reason. Two pair of runners, some loafers, and 4 or 5 pair of lifters/Metcons. I need help. :ld:


Quads still sore from last week even tho I took two days off. Worked my way up to a 245 back squat and a 185 front squat

That quad DOMS ain't no joke. :huhldup: That feel when you can barely get on/off the pot. :dead:

My quads musta remembered we done this shyt before. Week 1 they was like :whoa:, week two they was like:feedme:. Actually thinking about upping the volume of squats. Gotta get this food in though...

Great day out here today. Hit those bars and did some tut. Definitely feel a different kind of pump with that. Did some laps on the track.

Had some kB work last night with ab work also. Just feeling good out here, I’m very thankful. Can’t ask for more than good health.

Feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders

Just realized on my 2017 godly cut my workouts were way shorter and less intense :mindblown: I have been dying in the gym.... this is gonna be a huge relief

Might go back to the old routine permanently the more I think about it :patrice: Gotta wrap up this cut though

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I realized the same.

Years ago I only did kB and calisthenics and was in great condition. Then I focused on weights primarily with good results but not where I wanted to be. Had to make the old stuff permanent and it’s great again. Gonna stick to it for the rest of my days I reckon.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I realized the same.

Years ago I only did kB and calisthenics and was in great condition. Then I focused on weights primarily with good results but not where I wanted to be. Had to make the old stuff permanent and it’s great again. Gonna stick to it for the rest of my days I reckon.

My new routine works when I have calories but it's too much on a deficit. I did make huge gains on the new routine. Maybe once I finish the cut I can land somewhere in the middle

I just learned you gotta cut down the volume/intensity after cutting for a while, body just can't take it at lower macros (which makes sense when you think about it)


Gonna do my HIIT class today:damn:,
Was able to do full body on sunday, and still had my strength:flabbynsick: Def gonna eat a surplus today after that class dammit :noah:
