That's why I never went for the full scale body builder look....I am starting to understand why nutrition is the hardest component of bodybuilding -- plus why others do IIFYM. Been wondering when meals claim 2 cups of rice -- is it uncooked or cooked. Also I am getting a picture why clean cuts, boneless meats -- chicken breast, liver and other cuts are favored. Meat is losing 25% of its total mass -- do I count its caloric value pre or post cooked. Been going to the gym and I ain't gained weight -- not doing no goofy dirty bulk either.

That's I never went for the full scale body builder look....
As long as I have the strength to lift heavy and I look decent then I'm good.
I don't the chiseled detail look, even though I'm still pretty cut up....

The amount of sugar, fat and other garbage I consume, yet still have a low body fat % is straight up unfair.

No doubt, garbage food still blocks arteries and cause plaque.
I'm naturally skinny but have a good frame -- I know if I can pack 10-15lbs I'll be straight. Basically fill out a Large T-shirt

yessir...i find the best ppl in the gym are the ones who still put in the work on their worst days..Best time to get it in. Those workouts you bang out when you'd really rather not.
I squatted M-F last week and M-Sat this week. Off today and back to the suck tomorrow. My legs are no longer toast, bu my CNS is getting hammered.
