I am starting to understand why nutrition is the hardest component of bodybuilding -- plus why others do IIFYM. Been wondering when meals claim 2 cups of rice -- is it uncooked or cooked. Also I am getting a picture why clean cuts, boneless meats -- chicken breast, liver and other cuts are favored. Meat is losing 25% of its total mass -- do I count its caloric value pre or post cooked. Been going to the gym and I ain't gained weight -- not doing no goofy dirty bulk either.
