I am starting to understand why nutrition is the hardest component of bodybuilding -- plus why others do IIFYM. Been wondering when meals claim 2 cups of rice -- is it uncooked or cooked. Also I am getting a picture why clean cuts, boneless meats -- chicken breast, liver and other cuts are favored. Meat is losing 25% of its total mass -- do I count its caloric value pre or post cooked. Been going to the gym and I ain't gained weight -- not doing no goofy dirty bulk either.

burger was terrible they put so much cheese and mayo on it :scust:

terrible taste. Never again :smh:

I’ve never had soreness/a sore muscle cause swelling, but Jesus, my right arm looks like it belongs on one of the Klumps :wtf:

what is this!? Definitely seems like something more than your typical doms

Did Legs pump workout even though I was very unmotivated

followed that up with core superset (hanging leg raises and ab twists)

feel much better

Best time to get it in. Those workouts you bang out when you'd really rather not. :whew:



I squatted M-F last week and M-Sat this week. Off today and back to the suck tomorrow. My legs are no longer toast, bu my CNS is getting hammered.

These leg gains finna be :blessed: or my lower back finna be :sadbron:.

But it could really be anything. Could be an injury, could be fluid build up/sodium retention, coulda brushed up against something.

Unless you start losing feeling in it, you'll be aight. Ice up son. We got work to put in.
