I had a knee injury last summer which made go from working out seven days a week to two. Did self rehab now I'm back at the everydays. .. hallelujah

had a knee injury from squatting, fukked my squats up big time and had to stop for over a year.

My aesthetics are awful, but my functional strengf :lawd:

Got my deadlift max to 400 before the end of the year.

Gonna take these next few days off to eat and do whatever I want, then start the new year with a cut

I'm slowly getting my barbell press numbers up to my db press numbers. No shoulder pain...5 minutes of stretching is helping. :ohhh:

The Last of the Outlaws
it's funny when you've been in the trenches getting after it consistently and the work is starting to show up in fb/twitter/instagram pics. ... it pulls out an unusual competitiveness from friends who feel kinda threatened by comparison. This has been one of the best years I can honestly think of gym wise lift for lift, stat for stat.
