A Breh is back to 100%. Def needed those couple of rest days. Did my 45 and stretched well. No biking today as it’s raining. Then the weekend ain’t looking too good either. Might get a walk in later today possibly.

Are y’all still sticking to your regimen for the most part? I see a few have been having challenges.

I want to get a lil jump rope/pushup session in today, but im not feeling it...

I’m eating so clean, walking more. Weather still delaying my bike goals.

Just got my giant Amazon order of Chia seeds,Quinoa,Organic Honey, Ground Flaxseed, Apple Cider Vinegar,PfitB and Aswaghanda powder :wow:

Bought a few bottles of Kombucha and ready to add all these to my existing diet :takedat:

Might get some bulk Maca root powder next but I'ma see how this Aswaghanda hits :ehh:

Deadlift 1x5 @ 355, 4 singles → 565
Overhead Press, 5x5 @ 135, 3 singles → 170
Pendlay Row, 5x5 @ 165

Then ran a mile. Gonna start alternating increasing my pace w/ increasing my distance.

Gym was crowded af. These folk outchea early as hell.
