Just finished leg day, and I say im shocked at how non-pathetic my performance is :ohhh:
Had 2 months of absolutely no activity, was sick (most likely corona) which put me on my ass for weeks.
My stamina is slowly coming back (thanks to getting back to jumping rope as my warmup again, first day was only couple rounds of a minute each "set", second day was 1:30, now im back at 2 minutes. Might sound laughable but im kinda hyped of that). The weights I moved were also not that bad, of course not 100% like before but not terrible either.

Your body is pretty resilient if it’s been conditioned. Smart move taking it easy to ease back into a groove. I did the same and was pretty pleased with what I was able to move.

Went to the gym at like 8:30 this morning. A full-body workout was on the menu. I'm thinking :obama: "we got this." Nope. My ass was not peppered. :sadbron:

Back Squat 5x5 @ 285 (Lower back was like :usure: :damn:)
Front Squat, 10x1, 185 --> 275
Overhead Press 5x5 @ 145
Deadlift, 1x5 @ 375; 3x1, 405 --> 495
Pendlay Row 5x5 @ 170
Seated Leg Curls 3x10
Lateral Raises 3x10
Face Pulls 3x10

shyt took 3 hours with all these long-ass breaks. :beli:

Then I took my :flabbynsick: on the treadmill and ran a mile.

Had no damn ki when I got off that bytch. Had to sit down for 5 minutes and catch my damn breath. :shaq2:

Got home at like 12:15. Was almost too tired to hop in the shower, I was finna take a nap in the tub.

Man that's why I just have gatorade with my preworkout if I know I didn't get enough cals in. Trying to get a workout in with no energy is woat.

I mix BCAAs, Gatorade powder, and maltodextrin together with water then freeze that bytch till it's slushy.

It be so :ohlawd:, it's ice cold which helps when I start overheating, and it gives me energy when I lift. I don't leave for the gym without it:whoa:.

Facebook must be run by some racist cacs, I randomly got put in Facebook jail for 7 days over some anti nazi/confederate post that I made a long time ago, I appealed and didnt accept the decision but they restricted my account anyway....is there a way I can talk to an actual moderator about this?
