30, you kids30 in a few months
but seriously my endurance has really fallen off a cliff. I used to do 5 mile runs like it was nothing. Not breaking the world record but steady with no breaks. Now I made it like 1000ft and had to walk til I caught my breath
Edit.. not sure how much my weight has to do with it ..
5mile runs I was like 160
Now I’m like 185-190
What should I do30, you kids

Man I didn’t start really training until I was like 33-34 so you got me beat. What should I do![]()
Stamina is easy to get back. At the end of the summer, I did a 3.6 mile run outside nonstop for the first time in years. Before then, I was doing intermittent runs.30 in a few months

Protein powders are tricky as hell now. I feel like they make them more to cook within than drink now.Optimum Nutrition's Double Rich Chocolate Whey is DISGUSTING. 2/10. Wasted $100 bucks on that trash. On positive side gyms have reopened but you have to "book" slots. Hoping to restart again from the 20th.
Protein powders are tricky as hell know. I feel like they make them more to cook within than drink now.
Yeah I don’t have a problem with them. Like you say it’s a pretty cheap method to get them macros. People have turned it into a whole way of cooking. Protein everything.
The first protein powder I ever bought was Optimum's Chocolate Peanut Butter. Its God Tier and absolutely amazing. It's just that when shutdown was being put in place I made a panic buy as my seller had run out of it. For me it's the convenience of those protein macros. Make mine with oats + milk + creatine + banana. I never tried cooking em though
OPN is usually pretty good shyt but I always go with vanilla in any powder always the safest to meOptimum Nutrition's Double Rich Chocolate Whey is DISGUSTING. 2/10. Wasted $100 bucks on that trash.
