Ended up doing 6.8 miles. Legs are crapped out but I feel refreshed

I'd have to have a brod in the car when that bish breaks down in the middle of nowhere with no cell service before I'd even think of running/walking over 2. And the brod getting bushed for not going for help:heh:.

Facebook must be run by some racist cacs, I randomly got put in Facebook jail for 7 days over some anti nazi/confederate post that I made a long time ago, I appealed and didnt accept the decision but they restricted my account anyway....is there a way I can talk to an actual moderator about this?

Gonna take like a 6-8 mile walk today. Need to clear my head.
Did that yesterday. Got caught up on a lot of Jadakiss tracks. He’s a great rapper but I noticed his formula of song formats like why, by your side and me were relied on at the expense of his further creative abilities. Don’t get me wrong I love those tracks but I’m sure he is capable of more.

First day back in the gym since March 10th...so much of the gym is sectioned off and it won’t be any cardio being conducted....so all we have is the squat rack dumbbell rack trap bar and cable station...Which actually isn’t bad for my programming but I can see how this will affect the cardio bunnies.

just went real low today just to get back into the groove.

back squat 5x5 (135,185,225,295,315)
Flat bench 4x10 (135, 185, 225, 245 (8))
Stiff leg dead 4x10 (135, 185, 225, 275)
Dips 4x15
Face pull 4x15 (80,90,100,110)
Cable row 4x15 (110, 120, 130, 140)
Tricep pushdown 4x15 (80,90,90,90)

so since I’m not working I’ll still wake up and do my morning cardio at home and just go work out around lunch time.

These cardio thots would be rioting. Can't do your non-lifting workouts (or pretend to workout) if there's no cardio allowed.

We might still have one or two show up and do abs and glutes all day.:francis:

Whats he mean by protein and calories equal?
Basically that if you set your protein intake and caloric intake the same across any diet (let’s just say 200 grams of protein and 2,000 total cals) then there doesn’t seem to a be a study that any diet method is superior for fat loss. So keto at 200/2000, vegetarian, Atkins, etc. it yield the same general result.

I misspoke it’s 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical that is still useable everything else is sectioned off by tape to make space the c2 rowers are missing also. And they have 1 bike in the aerobics room. I personally would of moved out those bullshyt nautilus equipments no Body uses.

everything I need for either full body splits or upper lower splits is there. But 3/4 of the people that come there only do cardio.

Thinking i'm going to move back to my cut macros and have to up the protein:sadcam:


Doing more unilateral training for legs really shows hows my strength imbalance with left/right. Of course it's suppose to rain all week here so might not be able to do my kettlebell leg workout again.:mjcry:
