How long do I have keep doing this to see results. Now granted Lockdown killed gains. But its not like I swole oe brolic. Still 160lbs wet. Still struggling to lift heavy weighta. Still have the a slender frame ans huge gut. WTF man. I aint gaining no atheticism. Just lifting shyt and stuck in a hamster wheel. fukk man

I salute you brehs for not falling off...It seems like since March I've worked out maybe 10 times. I used to go 10 times in 2 weeks....I have to get the motivation to go back.
