I salute you brehs for not falling off...It seems like since March I've worked out maybe 10 times. I used to go 10 times in 2 weeks....I have to get the motivation to go back.

One cat in the office legit ain't lift since September. :gucci: He's about the same size most of us were in middle school. :dead:

I just can’t do it. I just do my little cardio some calisthenics and that’s it and I even only do that maybe twice a week. I fell off hard...Half the gym is blocked off and was small to begin with you have to wear a mask while you work out I just can’t do it.

That's what I fear...getting comfortable not working out because it usually coincides with a shytty diet. Then the mind gets to the point where it says fukk it and you're back to square one.

Easier for me to just stay on track.

Almost done with 2nd week of IF

Already lightest I been in years, I will say the extra cardio combined with IF, as well as 1 month in on supplementing kombucha and ACV has made my upper body flatten out

Hoping to do this for atleast 6 weeks, been way easier then I thought, but I've finally become a coffee drinker, mainly cold brew

I've been using this site symmetricstrength.com where you can enter your weight and lifts and see where you rank. Almost at the advanced level :myman:

Rapidly losing power. PLT down to 1270, Wilks is only 364. :mjlol:

Edit: Squat looking real bad rn. :hhh:

Deadlift is still respectable. :ehh:

Bench is extra virgin basura oil. :scust:
