Stopped keeping count once the gyms closed and I couldn't treadmill. But I lift for about an hour and a half 5 days a week and run 2 miles for cardio on the days I lift.Yikes my breakfast was 700 calories.

For me, if I start hard cutting then I have to turn down the workout volume/intensity I normally do since your body isn't getting the same amount of cals as before. You'll just end up spinning your wheels and burning out.

Weight lifting wise, it’s 5 days a week and it’s all under 50 lbs but I try to make it at least an hour and a half
