Cutting on 1850 calories and I’m waking up tired with aches every morning :francis:

What is your workout volume/intensity like breh? For me, if I start hard cutting then I have to turn down the workout volume/intensity I normally do since your body isn't getting the same amount of cals as before. You'll just end up spinning your wheels and burning out.

Walking about 6 miles a day 7 days a week
Weight lifting wise, it’s 5 days a week and it’s all under 50 lbs but I try to make it at least an hour and a half

Walking shouldn't be an issue.

I would cut the lifting down to around an hour (not sure of how many sets/reps your doing), my recovery started to get better when I just cut down on the volume at some point.

Saw your other post regarding macros, I would def eat way more protein, cut down on the carbs and see how your recovery goes.
