I was up sick on and off all night. Did a few stairs then a hilly walk and then lifted. I feel no shame :manny:

Re-read my post big bro, not tryna shame you, just detailing how I made DOMS a thing of the past. :whoa:

Did another run yesterday evening.

On the way back to the crilla, I was cruising down the blocks and saw cars parked outside my gym. :lupe:


Pulled up and saw a staff member coming out. I asked him: "Y'all open again?"

"Yeah, we opened back up July 1st."

:ohhh:

Went in first thing this morning. It was like hooking back up with a woman after a break. :blessed:

This is perfect. Working from home and going to the gym which is only a 4 minute drive away. I may get some two-a-days in.

I didn't really struggle that much thanks to the home exercises.

60 mins time limit due to COVID..

so rest periods are 30-45 seconds, gotta adjust.

My no-cardio doing ass would be dead. :dead:



Back when I used to run PPL heavy doing 40-50 working sets a sesh would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours (and that was with supersets :damn:).

So coach got me doing 20 min fasted cardio walk which is a breeze and I like it just clears my mind.

the rest of the day I’m eating, eating, eating.

fasted weight this morning was 184 lbs so I can definitely gain back 8-10 lbs of mass it’s way too early for 40min cardio sessions.

cheat meal Friday night though (double burger and 6oz fries) :mjgrin:

nothing like a nice gym sweat in the summer :wow:

Was traveling for work in June and only lifted twice in the first three weeks; lost 16 pounds.
You couldn’t have been eating as much as if you were working out :francis:

I bought this mixed health juice from this deli.

I'd rather drink gravy thicker than @dora_da_destroyer thighs through a straw than drink this healthy mess
Better make your own . I got a bad habit of McDonald’s mango pineapple smoothies . So instead of wasting money I decided I’d make one once a week . Made one today :wow:

Worst thing about working out is patience :mjcry:

I can tell I’ve gotten stronger these past few months even while tryna lose weight. Primary this stomach . I’m down 2” on waist & checked scale over weekend I’m at 227.

Man if this shyt don’t hurry up so I can really build like I want . 230lbs-240 is my ideal range but toned . I just know I gotta knock this stomach out first which prob ain’t gonna go till I’m 215-220lbs. At my current pace of 2lbs a week I still got over a month :snoop:

So that mean realistically I’d be lucky to hit my strength goals by the end of year
