Man! 4 days in to the gym with a coach, a very good diet to grow and a tough PPL program.
Let me tell you.
I'm coming back bigger, stronger and more focused.
Heavy Push workout got me pumped the fukk up.

so rest periods are 30-45 seconds, gotta adjust.
So coach got me doing 20 min fasted cardio walk which is a breeze and I like it just clears my mind.
Respect though.
My no-cardio doing ass would be dead.
Back when I used to run PPL heavy doing 40-50 working sets a sesh would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours (and that was with supersets).
You couldn’t have been eating as much as if you were working outWas traveling for work in June and only lifted twice in the first three weeks; lost 16 pounds.
Better make your own . I got a bad habit of McDonald’s mango pineapple smoothies . So instead of wasting money I decided I’d make one once a week . Made one todayI bought this mixed health juice from this deli.
