Lemonpepper and cayenne mix is my favorite seasoning on it.

Banged out 400 swings yesterday and a gang of clean presses. Takes more effort to do this inside instead of outdoors.

Just finished the 3rd week of keto. Transitioning to a regular clean diet. Macro goal is 50 30 20 CPF.

500 calories under maintenance. Workout is only walk/sprint/pushup/pullups/planks.

Trying to get cut.. any suggestions feel free.

I'd add in walking lunges and hanging leg raises. :ehh:
