No empirical evidence that closing gyms will decrease the spread of covid, especially without things like Chinese-style quarantines, mandatory curfews, etc.

If nikkas can still go out to eat and to the beach they can take their asses to the gym too. :francis:

What difference you seen in the increase in pull ups?
I physically look stronger /more toned compared to the end of last week . I also feel it has helped me on the bench as well as machines cuz I’m lifting more . Before I’d maybe hit the pull ups once a week ...I go to the gym 5 times a week & I’m hitting it everyday. Soon as I get In I do abs/pull ups & dips then on to specifics for that day.

Even tho a pump ain’t nothing in the grand scheme of things ...the pump I get off a couple pull ups be :wow:

I’m so tired of these motherfukkers super setting compounds but can’t squat to depth or do reps of 135 on bench. Save the pull-ups, dips, abs and kettlebell shyt until you can do the compounds. Holding up equipment because you about to die.

I know they hate my black ass like a hemorrhoid at my gym. A nikka be in the same rack for 2, 3 hours straight.

Bonus hate points for laughing out loud while browsing TLR posts in between sets. :mjlol:
